Hence, we have seen a boom in demand for the lower in fat, more natural flavour varieties of Italian gelato- just like the ones we serve at Gelatavita! For this reason, we have decided to start catering for wholesale purposes. In summer in Italy, gelato accounts for a larger profit in café's than coffee- and many are predicting that Australia will follow suit within the next five years. Currently, our operations have proven a minimum of 70% profit per tub.
